Power On:

  • Turn on the dental implant motor using the power button or switch.
  • Ensure that the touch screen interface is responsive and displays the main menu.

Select Procedure Mode:

  • Use the touch screen to select the appropriate procedure mode from the available options (e.g., implantation, restoration, extraction of impacted teeth, orthopedic surgery).

Adjust Settings:

  • Customize the settings for the selected procedure mode, such as speed, torque, and water volume. Use the touch screen to make these adjustments.
  • If needed, change the handpiece and contra-angle attachment to match the requirements of the procedure.

Positioning:

  • For accurate positioning, use the positioning drill to mark and locate the implant site on the alveolar bone.

Drilling:

  • Utilize the dental implant motor to drill holes as per the planned procedure. The system can assist in hole-drilling direction, depth, and diameter.

Tapping (if necessary):

  • If required, use the system’s tapping function to create threads on the hole to match the implant.

Implantation:

  • Gently implant the dental implant into the prepared hole on the alveolar bone.

Locking Abutment Screw (if applicable):

  • If an abutment screw is part of the procedure, screw it onto the dental implant using the appropriate handpiece attachment.

Monitoring and Adjustments:

  • Continuously monitor the procedure on the touch screen interface, making any necessary adjustments to speed, torque, or water volume as needed.

Cleaning and Sterilization:

  • After completing the procedure, ensure that all components, especially the handpiece motor, are properly cleaned and sterilized according to recommended protocols.

Power Off:

  • Turn off the dental implant motor and disconnect it from the power source when the procedure is finished.
