RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer a 7 days exchange/ refund policy.

Eligibility:

You may raise a return/ replacement request for any of the following reasons.

  • Product is physically damaged in transit. (Please do not accept the package if you receive a damaged consignment as evident from the packaging)
  • Product has manufacturing defect and is not working properly (in case of equipment/instrument)
  • Product has less than 1 months left from expiry date (in case of perishable products)
  • Some part/accessory of the product that should be included is missing
  • Received wrong product

Products are not eligible for returns 

  • Equipment: Dental Chairs, Dental Compressors, UV chambers and Autoclaves, X-ray Units, RVG sensor machine, Model Trimmers, OPG and CBCT machines, Apex locators and Endomotors, Ultrasonic Cleaners and Scalers, Micromotors, Implant Motors/Physiodispenser, Bleaching Light and light cure units, Amalgamator.
  • Products directly used on Patients: Tooth creme or mousse, MRC/Orthodontic trainers, Water Flossers, Chin Caps, headgear, face mask or other myofunctional appliances
  • All the products covered under the category of clearance sale are not liable for return, replacement or refund
  • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of Buyer’s Remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Process

You are required to raise your request on www.apexdentomed.com. / email – support@apexdentomed.com / whatsapp at +91 9830122311 with appropriate documentation/ proof including but not limited to the following

  • Photos/videos of the product showing the relevant issue/defect
  • Photo of shipping label with order ID
  • Photo/soft copy of bill/invoice
  • If any further clarification is needed, our executive will reach out to you before approving the return request over email. Apex Dentomed may not be able to provide a replacement in case of incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
  • In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through a call from technical team.
  • If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.
  • Note- If the rectification comes frequently then rectification cost will be applicable as per T&C

Post receipt of returned produced, our team will check and approve the return. After approval, replacement process will be initiated. TAT for returns approval to replacement initiation is 7 working days.

Terms and Conditions 

  • You should initiate request within 48 hours after receiving the product(s). After 48 hours of delivery TAT, our team will not accept any complaints regarding damaged, incomplete, missing, or wrong product delivery.
  • Once confirmed the product is returnable and you are permitted to return the product by our customer care team, you have to courier the product within 7 days of the product delivered to you. Products not shipped within 7 days will not be eligible for return.
  • Replacement would be offered against all returns request. In case, the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced at the time of request, then refund will be issued through payment gateway/credit note/ coupon.
  • Sterile products (vaccines, resins etc) will be applicable for return only in case of wrong product delivery
  • Apex Dentomed at its discretion can deny a request for replacement if it considers the request to not be genuine.
  • Returned products are approved for refund/ replacement once our quality assurance/quality control team has checked and approved the returned product for below compliance:
  • It should be complete – no missing parts or accessories
  • It should be unused
  • It should be undamaged
  • It should not have any custom engraving/embroidery/ design etc done at the time of order placement
  • product returned back to us must have intact original packaging, seal, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and the accessories along with freebies and combos (if any)
  • Serial Number is no tampered.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Company’s/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • No returns of free product/products

Exchange/Return request will not be considered more than once against one particular order. You can send email / whatsapp / call dedicated team within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can return the product to the following address only when you get confirmation from our team for the return:

Note:

  • Kindly ensure to return any item only after confirmation from our customer support team.
  • When you are shipping the product for any purpose – exchange/return or repair and it is damaged in transit, Apex Dentomed will not be responsible. In such cases you are requested to take up the same with the courier agency or our insurer.

Order cancellation policy 

You are eligible for order cancellation and refunds if:

  • Order is cancelled within 3 hours and the order has not been shipped.
  • The delivery is delayed by more than 21 days from date of order placement. (Not applicable for made to order items, heavy equipment, devices and furniture)
  • The above cancellation policy does not apply for items that are specially procured for you. We may however consider your request for such cancellation at our discretion.

Refund policy 

  • Refund will be initiated on confirmation of cancellation by our team, and you will receive an email notification on the same.
  • MODES OF REFUND: Your relationship manager will reach out to you to know your refund preference.
  • The refund to designated card/bank account/UPI account through payment gateway will be reversed back to you within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods/ cancellation/product verifying
  • Refund by NEFT / RTGS transfer to your bank account will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods/ cancellation.
