3M RelyX Fiber Post 3D

RelyX Fiber Post 3D are radiopaque, translucent, glass fiber reinforced composite posts. RelyX Fiber Post 3D  are outfitted with retention rings and are flattened in the coronal area. They are available in the four sizes* 0, 1, 2 and 3. Specific drills are used for removal of the root 3lling and preparation of the root canal.

Indications:

In case of insufficient residual tooth structure (<4 mm) the post is needed to support and secure the coronal restoration.

• Higher mechanical retention to the core build-up material thanks to coronal 3D macro retentions.
• Strong bond in the root canal due to its microporous surface without a silanating step.
• Better post position control thanks to improved radiopacity that is among the highest of available glass fiber posts.
• Low risk of root fracture due to dentin-like elasticity.
• More esthetic option than metal post.
• Excellent light translucency for efficient light cure deep into the root canal.
